Hey there, I’ve missed a couple of days of working on my site and other activities related to my online business. I have a satellite dish for internet connection and was fapped for using too much band width.

It’s part of the price we pay for not living in the city where we used to have cable. I took that speedy connection for granted, I’m sure. When we moved out to the country we had dial up for about four days! Anyway, I’m digressing from my topic.

Adrian asked me the other day where to find a good giveway site. I’ve joined a couple and I’ll tell you what they are in a minute.

Let’s talk about why you want to join a giveaway site in the first place.

Alex covered this subject in the second or third module and I have to confess that I didn’t jump right in and do this step. But, I am now and I know the people who did this are building their lists because of it.

Submitting a free product whether it’s an ebook or a software program that makes life a little easier for someone is a great way to build your list. The reader must opt in to your list in order to receive the free gift. You have given away something of perceived value.  If you have an upsell product item attached to the download page  you might even make a sale, to boot.

So, what do you give away?

1.  You can create your own ebook; this is the best option, in my opinion.

2.  You can give away PLR material that you’ve rebranded. If you choose this option, you’ll want to make sure that you do some re-writing to make it different from all the other copies of it out there.

3. If you’re a student of Alex Jeffreys you can give away the free book that you rebranded from him.

Study some copy writing techniques to pump up your descriptions that make your product stand out from the crowd.
