While I was going through cancer treatment I worked with a program called the Healing Codes by Dr. Alex Loyd and Dr. Ben Johnson. It’s a system that helps you change the images and beliefs of your heart. This reduces stress which impacts your immune system. So, even though the Healing Codes are not specifically working on illness, disease, or emotional issues, it has an effect on them because it deals with the stress that can cause them.
My experience with the Codes has been profound. I was able to go through cancer treatment without the expected fears and anxiety because I was working with a personal coach who helped me address each issue and fear as it came up.

When the surgeon said to me, “I feel scar tissue, but no sign of the tumor.” it was the best news I’ve had in several months. He wants to see me in six weeks to make sure that the cancer is not returning. If it did, it would likely show up at the original spot or in the inguinal area/lymph nodes.
We talked about some of the other side effects of radiation; specifically my digestive system and vaginal stenosis. They seem so minor compared to the diagnosis of a life threatening cancer. I can live with the side effects.
Yesterday was beautiful. Hugh and I went out to lunch to celebrate and then took the dogs for a walk. Actually I had enough energy to go for another walk after dinner. I am so grateful to have this episode of my life over with. I’ve certainly learned valuable lessons and will continue to reflect on the experience to understand how I can live my life even more fully.
My ebook on anal cancer is with a friend who is finding graphics and images to illustrate it with. I’ll be visiting with the radiologist today and will find out if I can take some photos of the machine (with me on it) to illustrate what it looks like to have radiation treatments in this area.
